We love making simple dishes at home, during the week, when life gets busy. One of our favorite breakfast recipes on the blog tonight, simple and delicious!
Breakfast “Slop” 4 servings
3 Potatoes shredded into hash browns
3 tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Medium Onion diced
1 lb Sausage (or bacon chopped up)
1 cup shredded cheese (we like any mexican cheese blend)
1/2 Cup Milk
Wash and grate potatoes into shredded hash browns. Place oil in fry pan and fry potatoes at medium heat until crispy.
In a separate fry pan, cook sausage. Add onion when sausage is fully cooked. Drain grease.
Mix both pans together, potatoes and sausage/onion mixture.
Mix eggs and milk in a bowl.
Add eggs/milk blend to the pan. Once fully cooked add cheese, melt.
