Sharing one of our favorite salmon dishes with you tonight! Quick prep and easy meal to cook!
For the teriyaki sauce:
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 cup water
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup honey
4 salmon filets
For the Sriracha cream sauce:
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
2 tablespoons Sriracha
2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
In a saucepan mix soy sauce, brown sugar, ground ginger, garlic powder and honey. In a separate bowl, mix cornstarch and water. Once teriyaki mix is blended and warm, add cornstarch mix. Let simmer until well blended and sauce is thick. Let cool.
Add teriyaki mix to salmon filets in a bowl or gallon bag, let marinade for 30 minutes or more.
Preheat oven to 400.
Spray baking pan with cooking spray. Pour in salmon filets and sauce.
Cook for 20 minutes.
We serve ours with brown rice and a vegetable- tonight it’s peas!
Also, we love Sriracha so we make a Sriracha cream sauce to go on top!
Mix greek yogurt, sriracha and sweetened condensed milk in a bowl. Serve on salmon!
